Welcome to Aussie Print. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, products, services, quotes, orders, artwork submissions, and custom printing services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Aussie Print

Aussie Print provides custom printed products including, but not limited to, hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, apparel, promotional items, and related print services.

Our website is:
https://www.aussieprint.net

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the website.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Upload harmful files, viruses, malware, or offensive content
  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission
  • Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information when placing an order

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Orders and Quotes

You may place an order or request a quote through our website, email, phone, or other approved communication channels.

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time, including product type, quantity, artwork requirements, print method, delivery details, and any special requests.

A quote may be subject to change if:

  • The order details change
  • Artwork requires additional preparation
  • Product availability changes
  • Delivery requirements change
  • Pricing errors or supplier cost changes occur
  • Additional services are requested

An order is not confirmed until Aussie Print has accepted the order and payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude GST depending on how they are displayed on the website, quote, or invoice. Any applicable GST, delivery fees, setup fees, artwork charges, or other costs will be shown where relevant.

Payment must be made according to the payment terms provided at checkout, on the invoice, or in the written quote.

We may withhold production, delivery, or release of goods until full payment has been received.

5. Product Availability

Product colours, sizes, styles, stock levels, brands, and materials may vary depending on supplier availability.

If a selected product is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative. We will not proceed with a major substitution without your approval.

While we aim to keep product information accurate, availability cannot be guaranteed until the order is confirmed and stock has been allocated.

6. Artwork and Design Files

You are responsible for supplying correct, print-ready artwork unless you have requested design or artwork preparation services from Aussie Print.

Artwork supplied by you should be high quality and suitable for printing. This may include correct file formats, resolution, colours, dimensions, and placement requirements.

If artwork is not suitable for printing, we may request revised files or provide artwork assistance, which may incur additional charges.

Aussie Print is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality artwork supplied by the customer, including blurry images, incorrect colours, spelling errors, layout issues, or low-resolution files.

7. Artwork Approval

Before production, we may provide a digital proof, mock-up, or artwork preview for your approval.

You are responsible for carefully checking all details before approving, including:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Logo placement
  • Artwork size
  • Colours
  • Product colour
  • Print position
  • Quantity
  • Names, numbers, or custom text
  • Any other order details

Once approval is provided, Aussie Print is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof or supplied artwork.

Production may begin immediately after approval. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

8. Colour Matching and Print Variations

We make every effort to produce accurate colours and high-quality print results. However, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Colours may appear differently between screens, digital proofs, printers, fabrics, materials, and production methods.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Print colour
  • Print position
  • Print size
  • Fabric shade
  • Product finish
  • Artwork alignment
  • Production batches

These variations are common in custom printing and will not usually be considered defects unless they are outside reasonable industry tolerance.

9. Customer-Supplied Garments or Products

If you provide your own garments, items, or materials for printing, you do so at your own risk.

While we take care during production, Aussie Print is not responsible for damage, print failure, shrinkage, colour reaction, fabric issues, or unsatisfactory results caused by the nature, quality, or condition of customer-supplied items.

We may refuse to print on supplied items if we believe they are unsuitable.

10. Production Times

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, artwork approval, product availability, workload, supplier delays, and delivery requirements.

Production time usually begins after:

  • Full order details are confirmed
  • Suitable artwork has been received
  • Artwork proof has been approved, where applicable
  • Payment or deposit has been received
  • Required stock is available

Aussie Print will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, but we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

11. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location, order size, public holidays, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been dispatched, delivered, collected, or handed to the courier.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Aussie Print is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

12. Order Collection

If collection is available, you will be notified when your order is ready.

Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. Aussie Print is not responsible for loss, damage, or storage issues if an order is not collected within the agreed or reasonable period.

13. Changes and Cancellations

Because custom printed products are made specifically for you, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you request a change or cancellation before production begins, we will review the request and advise whether it can be accepted.

Cancellation fees may apply for work already completed, including:

  • Artwork preparation
  • Product ordering
  • Setup costs
  • Administration
  • Printing or production work already started

14. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong colour choice, customer-supplied artwork errors, or approved artwork mistakes.

We may offer a replacement, repair, reprint, credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law or where we determine that a product is faulty, incorrectly produced, or significantly different from what was approved.

To request a return, refund, or reprint, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order and provide clear photos and details of the issue.

15. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging, if relevant
  • Any other supporting details

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Aussie Print may require the product to be returned for inspection before offering a replacement, refund, credit, or reprint.

16. Sizing and Product Fit

Sizing may vary between brands, styles, and garment types. Size charts are provided as a guide only.

You are responsible for checking sizing before placing an order.

Aussie Print is not responsible for incorrect size selection unless we supplied the wrong size compared with the confirmed order.

17. Intellectual Property and Copyright

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, designs, images, artwork, text, trademarks, names, or other materials you provide to Aussie Print.

You agree not to submit artwork or content that infringes any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other legal right of another person or business.

You agree to indemnify Aussie Print against any claims, costs, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from artwork, logos, images, or materials you provide.

Aussie Print reserves the right to refuse to print any material that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or inappropriate.

18. Designs Created by Aussie Print

Where Aussie Print creates artwork, concepts, layouts, or design files for you, ownership and usage rights will depend on the terms agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, design concepts, working files, templates, mock-ups, and production files created by Aussie Print remain the property of Aussie Print.

Final print-ready files may be supplied at our discretion or as part of a paid design service if agreed in writing.

19. Promotional Use of Completed Work

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Aussie Print may use photos or examples of completed printed products for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally disclose sensitive personal information in promotional materials.

If your order is confidential or you do not want it displayed, please notify us in writing before production.

20. Refusal of Service

Aussie Print reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at our discretion, including where the order involves:

  • Offensive, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Illegal or misleading material
  • Copyright or trademark concerns
  • Unsafe or unsuitable products
  • Unreasonable customer conduct
  • Non-payment or payment issues
  • Technical or production limitations

Where payment has already been made and we cancel the order before production begins, we will provide an appropriate refund, less any costs already incurred where applicable.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

Our liability for any claim relating to goods or services supplied by Aussie Print is limited, where permitted by law, to one or more of the following:

  • Replacement of the goods
  • Repair of the goods
  • Reprinting the order
  • Supplying the service again
  • Refunding the amount paid for the affected goods or services

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

22. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your order details are accurate
  • Your artwork is correct and suitable for printing
  • You have permission to use supplied designs and logos
  • You review proofs carefully before approval
  • Your contact and delivery details are correct
  • You respond promptly to approval requests or order queries
  • You comply with these Terms and Conditions

Delays in providing information, artwork, payment, or approval may delay production and delivery.

23. Website Content

The content on our website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, or specifications are error-free.

We may update website content, pricing, products, services, and policies at any time without notice.

24. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By using our website or services, you agree that we may collect, use, and manage your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

25. Force Majeure

Aussie Print is not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier disruptions, natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, technical failures, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory in which Aussie Print operates.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or tribunals with appropriate jurisdiction in Australia.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
